It was amazing time. I am still enchanted by beautiful lights in Paris.

March 3rd 2009. I left Japan for Europe with my dream.

Since I was 12, I have been interested in Europe so much.

Finallly!! I made it happen. travelling Europe to look for inspirations.

My journey started in Denmark, Copenhargen.

I will upload some photos of the city onto the future blog.

After spending time in Denmark and Sweden, I flew to Pairs, Brussels and went to Germany by bus, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Hungary, Cloatia, and Slovakia, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia,

and then I volunteered in Estonia for a month. It was really amazing experience!!!!

I went back home from Finland, so apparently Ive been to 16 countiries. Wow.

I can't choose which city is the best, because each place is very attractive.

There were so many things happend to me when i travelled there.

Good things also sad things.

But the thing is I realized that life shouldnt be so serious.

Life is here for you to enjoy. you can create your own life style.

For living as myself, it is necessary to know what you want, what you want to be.

Luckly i think i know that.

I wont stop. I am keeping forward to my dream!!!

It just that they are always the one i want to be.

Elagant, refreshing, cheerful and clever, and the best thing is they seem to enjoy their life in many ways. Love, Carrer, hobbies and so on.

she is now over 70 years old?? I think.. but She is still amazingly beautiful.

Oh, now I really wanted to go back to Paris, again....

I stayed there for 10 days when i was travelling in Europe.

Paris was incredible. I met so many wonderful people there.

Their life style inspired me a lots.

前々から見たかった映画。
とても良かった。
彼の周りにいる人々の優しさが、彼の苦しみを解き放ち、結局、彼がビアンカという人形の彼女とサヨナラをすることができなたのだろう。どんなかたちであれ、必要であるから、そこにいる。
人形のビアンカもラースにとって過去の苦しみや、長年殻に閉じこもっていた彼自身を変えるきっかけとなった。
ラースをとりまく人々の優しさに感動します。
ライアンゴスリングはmy favorite actorで前から彼の映画は見ていたんだけれど、
彼って本当にどの役をやっても、上手に演じるんだよね。
ミシェルウィリアムズと共演のブルーヴァレンタインもチェックしなくちゃ。

世界一の美女になるダイエット

ふむむ。

この本を読んでから、食生活をみなおさなきゃって気が引き締まった。

英語のことわざで、you are what you eatっていうように、食生活が精神的にも容姿にも

大きく影響を与えていると改めて実感。

ふだんから、ジャングフードやお肉はすきじゃないから食べないけれど、

でも、甘いもの大好きなんだもの。

砂糖の恐ろしさを強く訴えているので、もう食べない！

なんていっているのは今だけで、甘いものまたほしくなるんだろうな。

でもね！

この本のいいところが、お菓子の代用になるものもちゃんと教えているところ。

たとえば、チョコレートがほしくなったら、カカオ７０パーセントのダークチョコレートを

食べるということなど。

１ヶ月、この本にしたがって、バランスの良いライフスタイルを確立しようっと。

Yoga Yoga Yoga!!

最近ＹＯＧＡにはまっている。

今日も朝から、ＹＯＧＡクラスに行ってまいりました。朝ＹＯＧＡは脳や体を活性化させ、一日中体の調子がよい状態ですごせるんだって。

ＹＯＧＡをはじめてよかったことは、体調がすっきりするだけでなくて、精神的にも、すっきりするので、

今日落ち込んでいることがあっても、笑いとばせることが多くなった。

ＹＯＧＡ絶対続けます。

今日行ったクラスは外国人の先生が教えているのだけど、とてもきつかったから、

beginnersのクラスにまずは行くことにします！

明日はホットヨガの日！代謝ＵＰだ！
